Littleton Police Department Mourns Officer Katherine Hidalgo

The Littleton Police Department (LPD) is deeply saddened to share the passing of Officer Katherine Hidalgo, who passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025, surrounded by family and friends. She was 26 years old.

Officer Hidalgo suffered a medical emergency while off duty on Sunday, November 2. Despite the efforts of medical personnel and the support of her loved ones, she passed a week later.

Officer Hidalgo served the Littleton community with dedication, professionalism, and compassion. She will be remembered for her positive spirit, her commitment to helping others, and the impact she made both within the department and in the community she proudly served.

She is survived by her parents, her younger sister, and her 2-year-old son.

The Hidalgo family and the LPD ask for privacy as we grieve this tragic loss and honor the life and service of Officer Hidalgo.
