The Littleton Police Department (LPD) is proud to announce updated uniforms for members of the Special Enforcement Tactics (SET) Team. These changes reflect the team’s ongoing commitment to proactive policing, visibility, and meaningful community engagement.

The SET Team is comprised of Community Engagement Officers who focus on addressing quality-of-life concerns, special assignments, and building positive relationships throughout the community. While their uniforms will have a refreshed appearance, they remain fully sworn, uniformed officers of the LPD.

LPD wants to ensure that the public is aware that SET Team members are Littleton Police officers. They carry police identification and equipment and have the same authority and responsibilities as any other sworn officer within the department.

The LPD remains committed to innovative strategies that enhance both public safety and community trust. LPD looks forward to continuing to serve and engage with the community in meaningful ways.
